Welcome! The RMCC is a premier road bicycling club for Colorado and the Denver/Boulder Front Range, offering a full range of rides for the active, enthusiastic cyclists of intermediate and advanced levels and interests.
Brent Myers Update
If you are a friend of Brent Myers, check out the Brevet Blog for a posting from him on how he's doing. Best wishes on a speedy recovery, Brent!
Are you a member of Bicycle Colorado?
If not, you should be! Bicycle Colorado is the main statewide cycling advocacy organization and is regarded as being highly effective at the state capitol. The RMCC supports them financially and encourages all of our members to join as well!
Long Distance Seminar Coming
Mark your calendars now for our annual Training for Distance seminar on March 18th at the Flagship REI. This seminar will help you be successful in events up to 125 miles. More program details are coming soon!
On the Brevet Blog
Interested in joining a Colorado Front Range Flèche team this May? Have a look at the brevets blog for how to find teams and riders. You can also read about Irene Takahashi's snow-filled 200k last week!
Thank you volunteers!
Thanks to those who have signed up to start rides this spring! We have had the best response in years and have most of the slots filled. If you are interested in starting a ride (it is the most valuable way to contribute to the club), we do still have several dates in April and May that need filling.
RMCC now Tweeting!
We now have a Twitter account, RMCCRIdes. If you are a Twitterer, please sign up! Also check out other ways to stay connected with us.
Online Event Registration now available
If you are planning Brevets or Challenge Series rides this year, you can now register for them using our online form. Please note that some rides require pre-registration; others simply request it. Be sure to consult the pages for the appropriate series for details.
January Newsletter
The January Newsletter is now available online. Check it out and read about the 2010 ride schedule, Brent Myers' Last Chance ride, a rider profile of Jim Kraychy, and more!
Paris-Brest-Paris and other brevet news
The ACP's Paris-Brest-Paris 2011 brochure is now available! If you think you might be interesting in participating, please check it out. Of particular note is that you will receive priority registration based on the longest brevet you do in 2010, so you might want to consider doing our own Last Chance or at least a 600K this year!
Challenge Series Details Available
The details for the 2010 RMCC Challenge Series events are now available. Check them out and plan now to participate. Don't miss your opportunity to dethrone Mark Lowe!
